How Do You Practice Self-Care?

Do you believe in the importance of self-care? 

Self-care is defined as the practice of taking an active role in protecting one’s own well-being and happiness, in particular during periods of stress. ⁠⁠

This can be expressed through any activity we do deliberately in order to take care of our mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical health. ⁠
