Our sleek Bloom battery is crafted and designed to burn our oils at the perfect temperature(below 3.7v), so no button is required. Breath-activated and simple to use, just take a light draw from the cartridge tip for instant relief. Each charge should last up to 8 hours of vaping!
How can I avoid burning out the wick on my cartridge?
As mentioned above, it is best to use a low volt battery (2.8-3.7v) when vaping our oils. We also recommend taking a ‘dry hit’ to make sure the oil is touching the wick and that the airflow is clear and working properly, before you attach the cartridge to your battery for a wet hit. If you’re looking for the perfect battery to vape our oils with, stop by one of our in-store demos :) Check the link below to find out where our team will be next: https://thebloombrand.com/blog/demo-schedule
One of my Bloom cartridges stopped working, what can I do?
We’re so sorry to hear that! However, we do offer exchanges for defective products. Please return your defective Bloom and packaging to the shop you purchased from and they will issue a replacement. Please note that many shops require original packaging, as well as more than half the oil inside the cartridge, to honor an exchange. Feel free to contact us with any issues or concerns at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Where is Bloom made?
All of our Bloom products are made in-house at our lab facilities located in California, Washington, New Mexico, and Nevada.
I love Bloom and I’m interested in carrying your product in my shop! How can I do this?
We are flattered to hear about your love and interest in Bloom! Please contact us here for more information regarding purchasing. email@example.com
How does the Bloom DART battery work?
The Bloom DART battery is a 480mAh battery capacity, loaded with a ~35% longer battery life than our traditional 510 Bloom battery and stays charged using a Micro USB (Android compatible). Simply charge your Bloom DART––which should take 3-4 hours max, attach it to your Bloom Pod, and enjoy!
How do I know if my Bloom DART is fully charged?
When you plug your Bloom DART into the charging unit, the LED light will let you know when your Bloom DART is charged or needs charging. The sequences indicate the following:
-No flashing - defective outlet or battery. If this happens, try using a different cable/outlet to see if the light will illuminate.
-Flashing 20 times, then shuts off - the device is fully charged and ready to go.
-Light stays illuminated - the device is charging. Please keep the device plugged in until the light shuts off, indicating the device is fully charged.
