How Do You Practice Self-Care?
Do you believe in the importance of self-care?
Self-care is defined as the practice of taking an active role in protecting one's own well-being and happiness, in particular during periods of stress.
This can be expressed through any activity we do deliberately in order to take care of our mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical health.
